Methylene Blue USP Grade

I’ve been continuing an experiment combining methylene blue and creatine, and after about six weeks I feel confident enough to share some observations. Overall, my brain function feels noticeably improved. The best way I can describe it is this: my head feels like I’ve just been for a swim in cool ocean water — that clear, clean, alert feeling you get when the air feels charged, almost ozone-rich. It’s subtle, but very real. My thinking feels sharper. My communication — both verbal and written — seems more articulate. It wasn’t bad before, but there’s a noticeable smoothness and precision now. Words come more easily, and ideas feel better ordered. What’s surprised me most is a renewed sense of curiosity and focus. I’m getting more done and wasting less time. There’s a calm eagerness — a bit like an industrious beaver building a dam — steady, purposeful, and absorbed in the task at hand. Yesterday I completed an entire music track in one day after starting just before lunch. That normally takes me several days. The creative flow felt sustained and organised rather than rushed. Emotionally, I feel more settled and in control. I’m not a natural worrier, but even so, I’ve noticed an improved ability to identify obstacles, isolate what’s actually blocking progress, and calmly work out solutions. The more I reflect on it, the more I suspect that methylene blue may genuinely be helping my brain use ATP more efficiently — not by stimulating or pushing, but by improving clarity and energy availability. Of course, this is a personal experience, not a clinical trial, and I’m making an effort to stay objective. I’ll continue this experiment and monitor how I feel over time. For context, I’m a healthy, fit 73-year-old, and I’ve been using Blootronics methylene blue (28 drops per day) for approximately six weeks, alongside daily creatine monohydrate. After using this product for 3-4 weeks I can say that it does in fact do what is claimed. The purity seems legit as impure Methylene blue can contain Heavy metals. The fact I am still kicking with no side effects leads me to believe the product is of high quality. Effects: The anti-brain fog effect is very noticeable and as a result a higher ability to focus follows. As a regular person can’t confirm the anti-Parkinson’s claims but there is scientific literature out there. It does have a stimulating effect, so I only take a single dose in the morning. I found, when I first started it was difficult to sleep when taken in the evening. The half-life I read is 5-7hrs so this makes sense. Additionally, FYI 5-7 hrs after taking it you will have a singlur blue urination, but before and after I have had normal colour urine. Dosage: I weigh roughly 90 kgs and take ~0.8ml in the morning and have found I still feel the effects. This dosage is far less (~half) than the recommended dose of Blootropic. So maybe try experimenting? Again not a doctor Additionally due to the half life, several online/youtube pharmacists presentations I’ve watched recommend having 1 day off per week but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Finally, it tastes like ass so a chaser drink or mixing it with a berocca might be a good idea. Hope this helps!
